- Provide expertise on Maconomy data structures, tables, and data flows to enable effective analytics
- Support integrations between Maconomy and downstream systems (e.g., data lakes, reporting platforms, procurement tools)
- Lead or support system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature rollouts
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, and regression testing for changes impacting ERP data or reporting
- Maintain clear system documentation, data definitions, and process guides
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot complex issues
- Promote standardisation and best practice use of Maconomy across business units
- Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal teams
What you'll need:
- 7+ years’ hands-on experience with Deltek Maconomy
- Strong understanding of Maconomy architecture, modules, and configurations
- Experience building or supporting ERP reports and data extracts
- Familiarity with ERP data models and how ERP data feeds analytics/reporting environments
- Experience working with data engineering or BI teams
- Solid understanding of integrations and data pipelines from ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL strongly preferred
- Experience supporting system upgrades and enhancements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
