Part-Time

$32.00- $37.00 hourly (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Completing spiritual assessments for patients, families, and caregivers

• Developing individualized spiritual care plans

• Providing direct spiritual and emotional support

• Offering grief and bereavement support

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning

• Supporting staff and community partners

• Assisting with memorial services and bereavement activities

• Documenting care and coordinating with the hospice team

What Helps You Succeed

• Theological education (BD, MDiv, or equivalent)

• CPE units preferred but not required

• Experience in healthcare or hospice preferred

• Experience providing grief or bereavement support

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This role includes travel throughout Josephine and Jackson Counties, serving patients in homes, facilities, and hospitals.
