Job description

JOB DURATION – 12 months

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conducts and completes new hire orientations, for new hires and status transfers.
  • Enters new hire information and employee data, within Workday and myStaffingPro systems.
  • Provides assistance and support for benefits administration and annual open enrollments; responds to inquiries and provides resolution to issues.
  • Communicates, coordinates, responds, and resolves to/with the Accounting/Payroll Department and corporate office, regarding various human resources matters and issues.
  • Responds and resolves various inquiries, questions, and issues from employees and staff, regarding human resources matters.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent. OR 2 years of HR Administrative Experience. or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience.
  • Maintain professional composure when dealing with emotional or confrontational circumstances.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Organizational skills, with an eye for the details.
  • Problem solving skills, discretion, and tact.
