Job description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, employees, and visitors while providing clerical and organizational support to the community. What You’ll Be Doing • Provide front desk reception coverage and clerical support while serving as the primary representative for residents, guests, employees, and public visitors. • Answer phones, provide information, route calls appropriately, and assist residents and visitors with directions, questions, and general needs. • Greet and assist visitors interested in residency, distribute brochures, and support the Sales and Marketing team by collecting required information. • Process payments for resident and employee services as needed and assist with billing‑related transactions in accordance with established policies. • Support community security by greeting, assisting, and screening visitors, managing mail and packages, and performing other duties as assigned. About You: • Experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field preferred. • Prior experience interacting with the public, including high‑volume and sensitive situations. • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and phone etiquette. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, complete forms, and maintain accurate records. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment such as multi‑line phones, computers, and copiers.
