GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: The CRM role is mainly responsible for managing the overall client relationship within their scope. This includes setting up and managing employee benefit programs, meeting revenue goals, engaging with client collaborators, and ensuring timely service by coordinating with internal support teams. The scope of insured benefits would extend to Group Medical (Inpatient and Outpatient), Group Accident and Group Life and Travel / Expatriate benefits primarily and Wellbeing initiatives – however other insured benefit plans will also be in scope. Job responsibilities: This will be primarily an individual contributor role reporting to the office director with no team management role envisaged (except where specifically communicated). The client management team members will however work closely with the client services team allocated (by the location leader) to ensure the quality delivery of client services. Be responsible for meeting renewal business broking revenues as per annual targets and for executing/managing employee benefit insurance renewals for all existing clients under their purview. Will also be responsible for generating cross-sell business revenues as per annual targets from existing clients serviced by the employee. Will be primarily responsible to develop and execute the client renewal processes in line with the agreed timeline plan for the client and follow the laid down process without exception including floating quote slips to insurers and negotiating / finalizing premiums for the renewal. Will need to invent and carry out a client benefits strategy consistent with the principles defined for and by the client. The benefits plan must be adhered to without deviation. India | Risk and Human Capital Proprietary & Confidential Will need to lead and conclude all legal documentation like NDA, Broker Services Agreement, SLAs, TOBA and enable / conclude all discussions with the respective legal teams including Anviti legal and compliance teams. Will have the main responsibility for initiating, managing and maintaining positive relationships with all partners at the client’s end in a structured manner. Will act as the client steward and initiate all stewardship activities relating to the account in a timely manner. Will need to present and execute all client consulting services including client benchmarking, claims reviews and consulting projects for the clients under their scope with oversight and support from Location Leader. Will liaise with clients at various levels to understand their needs in detail and ensure that they are appropriately advised on every area of employee benefits and make a final recommendation of service providers that suit the client needs optimally. Will utilize the presence of Location leader/ Experienced CRM as appropriate during discussions. Will develop consulting expertise in the client industry or segment if allocated. Will also identify and develop new business opportunities with other team colleagues in that segment. Will execute all strategy led wellness initiatives with support of the health promotion team Will work closely with other colleagues supporting the client, guaranteeing that all important updates on that client are shared with all. Will take up and carry out any specific projects connected to the development of the H&B practice as allocated They will primarily be vested with the responsibility of managing the client relationships under their purview, be accountable for revenue and cross-sale responsibilities Work alongside the client services group to ensure that client happiness is upheld Skills/competencies required: Effective communication, presentation, consultative selling, advising, and negotiation skills Solid understanding of the insurance benefits market in India primarily with some knowledge of international trends A consulting mind-set, strong analytical skills, a competitive drive, be a team player and is collaborative Ability to manage and excel in ambiguous situations and be a quick learner Worked with small and medium accounts with varied expectations Dynamic self- motivated team player with a track record Demonstrable Relationship Management skills Evidence of having continuously upgraded one’s knowledge base through seminar, training, reading etc. to ensure distinctive client value How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce.
