We’re hiring an Account Service & Growth Associate — a unique, entry-level role designed to build the next generation of Account Managers and Producers within our P&C business. About the Role The Account Service & Growth Associate is a dual-function role supporting both Account Management (primary focus) and Business Development (secondary exposure) within Property & Casualty. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers and Producers, gaining real-time experience in client servicing, policy management, and growth strategy. Success in this role looks like becoming a trusted, reliable partner to your team while building the skills and confidence to step into an Account Manager or Producer track role within 12–24 months. RESPONSIBILITIES What You’ll Do Account Management Support (Primary Focus) Support day-to-day servicing activities including endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and policy documentation Assist with renewal preparation, applications, and carrier submissions Maintain accurate client records within agency management systems Draft client communications and follow up on outstanding service requests Learn carrier processes, underwriting basics, and compliance requirements Business Development Exposure (Secondary Focus) Support Producers with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking Assist with CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and prospect research Participate in client and prospect meetings as both an observer and contributor Help prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials Gain exposure to relationship management, retention strategies, and new business development What Success Looks Like You become a dependable, go-to support partner for Account Managers and Producers Your work is accurate, organized, and consistently delivered on time You build strong foundational knowledge of P&C coverages, carriers, and servicing workflows You grow more confident in client and prospect interactions You are ready to step into an Account Manager or Producer-track role within 12–24 months QUALIFICATIONS What You Bring Required Bachelor’s degree (Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Professional presence with interest in client-facing work Coachable mindset with curiosity and a desire to learn Preferred Internship or early experience in insurance, financial services, or client service environments Exposure to CRM systems or agency management tools Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Property & Casualty insurance Core Competencies Strong follow-through and accountability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
