Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Operations professional to drive operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to optimize performance. Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership teams. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product MasterData, IT) to align operational strategies. Drive strategic initiatives and support business planning and execution. Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Manage budgets, forecast operational needs, and identify cost optimization opportunities. Lead and support projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Qualifications MBA/BTech with 6-8 years Experience in Sales & Business Operation role. Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean Certification (Good to have) PMP / Prince2 (Good to have) Data Analytics Certification TECHNICAL SKILLS Tools: MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau ERP/CRM Systems: SAP CRM, Salesforce (Good to have) Project Tools: Jira, Asana, Trello Advance SQL / Data Analysis Tools Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
