The role Do you enjoy working on real Microsoft 365 migration projects? Are you comfortable working with clients and explaining technical topics in a clear way? Do you want to grow further as a consultant, not only as an engineer? You will join our Modern Workplace team , supporting customers in moving from on‑premise environments to Microsoft 365. We work in project teams, close to the customer, focusing on practical, well‑designed cloud solutions. Practical Information: Location: Poland , Warsaw | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with possibility of working Remote ly | Reports to: Modern Workplace Team Lead | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language requirements: Fluent level of Polish and English As a Modern Workplace Consultant , you will design and deliver Microsoft 365 migrations and support customers during their cloud transformation. Your work will help customers move safely and efficiently to modern workplace solutions. Key responsibilities Deliver migration projects to Microsoft 365 Migrate and configure: Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online (migration and basic configuration) Support customers during on‑prem → cloud transformation Design basic M365 architecture for migration projects Take part in hybrid projects (Exchange / Active Directory / identity) What we need to see from you Experience with Microsoft 365 migration projects Hands‑on knowledge of Exchange Online Knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or Microsoft Teams Understanding of hybrid environments Ability to work in projects and communicate directly with customers Why join us Real end‑to‑end migration projects (not only support tasks) Direct contact with customers and influence on technical decisions Experienced, supportive team Space to grow your technical and consulting skills We encourage applications from everyone who meets most of the criteria.
