As a Customer Service Representative for OnlineComponents.com , A Master Electronics Company , you'll be the main point of contact for our customers through phone and email. Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: $18 - $21 / Hourly What you will do? Deliver responsive customer support via phone and email, building trust and ensuring a positive customer experience in the electronics component sales industry Manage order-related requests including order entry, shipment tracking, returns, and cancellations with accuracy and urgency Communicate technical product specifications, competitive pricing, and real-time availability details for electronic components to enable informed customer purchasing decisions Resolve product, shipping, and payment issues efficiently to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to expedite issue resolution and support seamless service delivery Consistently achieve or exceed customer service performance goals while contributing to team success What you bring to the table! You’re a great communicator and can connect with people easily Multitasking? No problem. You can prioritize and manage your time like a pro Whether working independently or collaboratively, you excel at achieving team goals Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools You’ve got sharp problem-solving skills and can analyze situations on the fly Experience with Zendesk or other customer service platforms?
