Overview The Corporate Security Global Risk and Threat Security Analyst is a key role in proactively mitigating and identifying a wide variety of threats, intelligence gaps, and vulnerabilities related to the company's physical assets, Executive Leadership Team, workforce, and operations. This position demands strong analytical and critical thinking skills, sound judgement in evaluating and mitigating threats, and advanced proficiency with social media platforms. #INDPPL #LI-Hybrid Responsibilities Support corporate security investigators by delivering timely threat analyses related to cases involving threats, company theft, vandalism, workplace violence, and other incidents affecting company personnel or property. Monitor, collect, and analyze information from diverse data sources to include public records, social media platforms, and internal systems. Provide analytical support for executive protection operations during domestic and international travel, corporate meetings, and public appearances, including conducting advance site assessments and threat analyses. Assist workforce-related security initiatives by supplying threat intelligence to project teams and operational units in the field. Create threat assessment frameworks to evaluate the severity and credibility of threats and recommend appropriate mitigation actions. Conduct domain analysis and develop intelligence products that identify patterns, contextualize intelligence gaps, vulnerabilities. Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance compliance with all applicable state and federal regulatory physical security standards. Develop dashboards and written reports for stakeholders and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Conduct threat and risk assessments to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to personnel, property, and operations: recommend mitigation strategies. Support and collaborate with Corporate Security investigators, Human Resources, and Internal Audit on employee-related investigations or code of conduct violations. Maintain a strong awareness of the evolving threat landscape and emerging risk trends. Build and sustain effective partnerships with local, state, and federal law enforcement, especially in regions where the company operates critical utility infrastructure. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Qualifications Required Education : Bachelor's Degree. Required Experience : 5+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, law enforcement or related analytical role. Proficient in open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques and social media analysis. Experience developing dashboards, briefings, or intelligence reports for stakeholders. Experience supporting workplace violence prevention, insider threat analysis, or behavioral threat assessment processes. Experience coordinating with or supporting law enforcement agencies. Licenses / Certifications/ Other Qualifications (Preferred) : Certifications through ASIS (American Society of Industrial Security) Certifications from the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA). Certified Law Enforcement Analyst. DL Number, Driver License, Valid and in State. Preferred Qualifications : Master's Degree. Demonstrated analytical skills, including experience evaluating threats, identifying patterns, and synthesizing information from multiple sources. Professional Certifications, such as: ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), Certified Threat Manager (CTM from ATAP), Intelligence Analyst certifications (DHS, FEMA, or DoD). Experience in the energy sector, especially supporting field operations. Experience working with 24/7 security operations centers. GIS /crime mapping experience. Excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and quickly while handling sensitive information with discretion.
