You are at the heart of health Job Details This position is responsible for the review and assessment of data for trauma performance improvement and research initiatives, creating reports and datasets, preparing statistical information requested, and management of performance improvement activities. Addition responsibilities include daily oversight of the Performance Improvement Patient Safety Nurse and assisting with the organization and planning of healthcare provider opportunities for improvement and education identified through data review. This position fulfills the fundamental components of the requirements for a successful trauma performance improvement and research program of a Level I Trauma Center. POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's degree in related field Licensure/Certification: Registered nurse Skills: Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft office applications to include spreadsheets and relational database applications. Experience with data quality improvement processes such as data analysis, process modeling and quality measures. Experience: Five years of emergency department or surgical critical care/trauma required. Experience with the performance improvement process, data quality improvement processes, data analysis, process modeling, and quality measures. Salary Range USD $135,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.
