Overview The Manager Facilities and Plant Operations is responsible for the day-to-day Plant Operations and Facility maintenance at UF Health Durbin Park Hospital. Responsibilities Include: Repairing, maintaining, and operating systems and equipment Leading the supervision of Plant Operations Identifying and initiating directives Supervise, coordinate, and schedule contracted services Maintenance and monitoring of building automation system. Qualifications Education: Associate's degree required, or four or more years in a maintenance supervisor role. Experience: At least 3 years of facilities supervisor experience required. Certification: Certified Hospital Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
