Daily Responsibilities of a Medicare Enrollment Representative:

• Process member enrollment related transactions from various data sources
• Research and resolve member issues received from various different sources
• Maintain data within various tracking tools related to outcome of research of various issues

Hours for this Medicare Enrollment Representative Position:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of previous experience as a Medicare Enrollment Specialist
  
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 1+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare field
