Quality Assurance Engineer(600128341)

 - Effectively translate business requirements and use cases into comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on an iterative development approach.

• Develop and execute system test scripts, conditions, cases, and jobs.
• Participate in SDLC Phase reviews.
• Develop and maintain QA policies, procedures and methodology for system test planning, development and execution. 
• Develop automated regression scripts and ensure Regression testing is planned and executed appropriately.
• Track/document and work to resolve all complex problems, defects or issues. 
• Plan, manage and provide system test status on Application Support and Development Releases. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 
• 5+ years experience in QA Testing. 
• Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle. 
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Agile development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and system test tools/processes. 
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business analysis, system design, and application development. 
• Excellent organizational skills are required in order to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
• Exceptional customer service orientation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft .Net and Oracle development.
• Good experience in HP Quality Center.
• Basic database and SQL concepts knowledge.
• Familiarity with version control standards and tools.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Any experience testing web applications using HP QTP or Selenium would be a huge plus.
