Keep records of PCs & other IT equipment and their relations in configuration management database (CMDB) Collaborate with IT colleagues and L2 support to deliver fast and efficient solutions Execute IT Projects & Tasks Help to maintain server & network infrastructure Prepare IT tools for users, including PCs, mobile devices, printers, user guides Participate on IT trainings and prepare training materials About You We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with the following profile: Be enthusiastic in IT area and have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365 products, networking Have strong customer relation orientation, excellent verbal and written skills English written and spoken - advanced level Be able to work independently and collaborate with remote teams About Us About Us Danone’s mission is bringing health through food to as many people as possible and we want to invite people to join the movement for a healthier world.
