Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Producer (PM) to support the execution of audits, publishing, and editing of web content. This role is instrumental in ensuring SEO, compliance, and brand standards are consistently met across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive audits of content across all Learn & Grow channels and implement SEO updates as needed.
Execute SEO and compliance-related content updates based on scheduled site health and content audits.
Maintain and update the Marketing Brand Team Publishing Tracker and project status sheets.
Provide regular updates on project deliverables and timelines during weekly standup meetings.
Manage and update approximately article documents within the content management system (WCM).
Update disclaimers, CTA banners, and meta descriptions as required.
Review and QA content updates to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand and AP style guidelines.
Create detailed publishing and QA tracking documentation for each audit to ensure thorough project management (approx. 10 audits).
Upload and organize files and assets within appropriate shared drives.
Manage Workfront board status updates and submit requests within Workfront as applicable.
- 6+ years of experience in web content production or digital content management.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and web content best practices.
Experience working with content management systems (CMS/WCM).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
