ServiceNow Architect - Bratislava

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement solutions tailored to the organisation's specific needs.
• Development of  ServiceNow Solutions: Partner with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Providing technical expertise and participating in the implementation of the  new ServiceNow functionalities.
• Documentation of  ServiceNow architecture for use internally.
• Contribution to ServiceNow software releases through configuration tasks and feature delivery.
• Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties. 

You will be a great fit for this role if you have…

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technology field such as computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of implementation experience (Developer, Lead developer) in ServiceNow
• CTA or aspiration to achieve CTA.
• Experience with scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB).
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) to ensure data is structured correctly across the platform.
• Project management skills.
• Consultative approach and experience leading workshops with stakeholders to extract business requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
• Presales support and the ability to help scope projects, estimate effort, and create Statements of Work (SOW).
• Solid communication skills, ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs.
• Fluent English.
• Experience with organizing, coordinating, leading and managing technical work of 3-15 consultants (developers, testers, BAs).
• Experience with C-level stakeholder communication and reporting.
