Job description
Lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences in-store by overseeing operational execution and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Warehouse and Customer Service teams’ knowledge and capability.
- Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries.
- Ensure store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements.
- Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the businesses core policy and standard operating procedures.
- Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.
