In Financial Services, credibility, and long-term demand are critical. Grab's Financial Services ecosystem spans GrabFin and Digibanks across Southeast Asia, serving millions of users with regulated financial products.

You'll be part of the Regional Financial Services Marketing team, supporting Grab's Digibanks business, with a focus on owned channels in Singapore — across social media and web.

This is where trust, clarity, and culture meet finance. You'll help shape how a digital bank shows up across its most visible owned surfaces — social platforms and important web pages. You'll work with creative, social, and web partners to deliver the best, compliant content that builds credibility over time.

 

 

Get to Know the Role

You will lead social and web content execution for Financial Services in Singapore.

You'll work closely with creative, social, and web agency partners to deliver high-quality, compliant content across social platforms and owned web surfaces — ensuring Financial Services shows up clearly, consistently, and credibly wherever users seek information.

Your focus is on owned-channel storytelling—from social-first narratives to web content that educates, reassures, and reinforces brand confidence at scale.

You will report to Regional Head of Marketing - Financial Services and be based onsite at Petaling Jaya office.

 

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will lead Digibanks Social & Web Content in Singapore

  • Be the primary contact for social and web content agency partners supporting Digibanks in Singapore.
  • Oversee content direction, creative standards, and execution priorities across social platforms and main web pages.
  • Ensure social and web work together cohesively — promoting the same story, tone, and trust signals across channels.
  • Build content that educates, reassures, and engages — balancing creativity with trust, clarity, and compliance.

You will turn Ideas into Social & Web Moments

  • Translate Digibanks campaigns into social-first executions and supporting web content, bringing ideas to life across owned channels.
  • Push for craft, cultural relevance, and platform-native storytelling — whether on Instagram, TikTok, or a core product landing page.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across all owned touchpoints.

You will lead with Insight, Not Just Output

  • Review performance across social and web with agency partners, identify learnings, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experiment with formats, creators, and content approaches within clear regulatory guardrails.
  • Raise the overall quality of Digibanks' owned channels by setting clear expectations, strategies, and feedback loops.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing social channels and web content, working with agencies or internal creative teams.
  • You know how to brief, give thoughtful feedback, and push for quality standards across multiple owned channels.
  • You understand how social and web content contribute to sustained trust and demand, especially in regulated categories.
  • You care about quality, storytelling, and execution details — from a social post to a web headline.
  • Good to have:
    • Experience in regulated industries (finance, FinTech, insurance)
    • Familiarity with Singapore's social, creator, and digital content landscape
    • Experience working on product or informational web pages
