Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Ensure regulatory compliance for Animal Nutrition products across Latin America, aligned with local legislation, customer requirements, and trade association agreements
• Manage product registration, renewal, and maintenance activities, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of regulatory dossiers
• Conduct regulatory and safety reviews of ingredients, formulations, claims, and labeling
• Monitor, interpret, and assess the impact of new or updated regulations, translating them into clear guidance for stakeholders
• Support innovation and new product launches by identifying regulatory requirements, risks, and critical compliance points
• Prepare and review technical and scientific documentation, including efficacy studies, stability data, and technical information
• Coordinate regulatory project timelines, ensuring on-time and high-quality submissions
• Maintain regulatory systems and databases to support compliance and reporting
• Represent IFF in trade associations and industry forums, maintaining strong relationships with regulatory authorities, customers, and distributors

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field (required); Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum experience of either a Master’s Degree plus 3 years, or a Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years in Regulatory Affairs
• Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Animal Nutrition industry in the Latin American region
• Strong knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, product registration processes, and compliance management
• Experience analyzing regulatory changes and providing practical, risk-based guidance to business stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Portuguese, with intermediate to advanced Spanish and English
