Port to Port International is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our Delaware operations. This position plays a key role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a 100 percent onsite position based in New Castle, Delaware.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional work environment. Bilingual candidates only will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients in both English and Spanish
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Process customer orders and ensure all information is accurate and complete
  • Coordinate shipments and track deliveries, providing updates as needed
  • Assist with dispatching and scheduling to support daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and documentation
  • Verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams including operations and dispatch
  • Support billing processes and ensure accuracy of charges when applicable

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
