The Europe Community Marketing Specialist at Vuori is a community connector who actively collaborates with Vuori’s retail stores, local studios and fitness instructors, community influencers, and businesses to increase brand awareness and create extraordinary retail and community experiences. As a representative of Vuori’s brand culture, they will support Vuori’s retail store(s) in the UK and Europe and the Europe Community Marketing Manager with events, in-store activations, and product seeding initiatives, and play an integral part in developing Vuori’s regional brand awareness and the V1 Community. Enjoys working in a varied, fast-paced and community-driven environment, and is passionate about helping build meaningful connections between brand and community.
What you'll get to do:
The Community Marketing Specialist Europe will support Store Managers, Store-based Community Leads and the Europe Community Marketing Manager with community and marketing initiatives. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement community toolkits with regional store teams and act as the lead contact for all community and marketing-related questions and in-store community efforts, including support with planning, managing and attending V1 Community related events, ACTV Studio IRLs, in-store events, off-site activations, and other marketing events as necessary – ensuring all are in alignment with Vuori’s brand vision, the retail marketing calendar and editorial storytelling moments.
- Assist regional Vuori store(s) with any marketing or community needs, and be available to support retail staff during prime seasons
- Strategize and develop new ways to connect with the regional Vuori community through grass root efforts (including attending a range of studio-based fitness classes), activations, events, in-store experiences, promotions, and more based on Vuori’s international needs, marketing goals, and community initiatives.
- Engage in locally relevant events, and identify places in the community where Vuori should be showing up and having a presence
- Build and manage Vuori’s V1 Community in Europe, including, but not limited to: promoting the program, seeding instructors, planning and coordinating events, evolving the program, and more
- Refine the global V1 Community strategy to ensure initiatives are locally relevant and execute program in Europe
- Maintain a pulse on cultural, community, retail, and fitness trends in the UK and mainland Europe, report findings to Vuori team
- Capture social media content for Vuori marketing channels when needed: at events, influencer store visits, wholesale partners, etc.
- Monitor, track and report on all regional community efforts and V1 Community programs–reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly
Who you are:
- Must live in or close to London and can easily travel to events, fitness classes, retail locations and more
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of marketing, community development and/or event experience
- Enjoys attending a variety of fitness classes and connecting with peers
- Comfortable conversing with peers and customers about Vuori
- Flexible schedule to meet with Vuori team located in the US or mainland Europe, and attend community events in store and offsite
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast pace and high growth environment
- Ability to multitask, coordinate deadlines and implement necessary feedback
- Fosters great relationships by putting people first, communicating with honesty and
- kindness and allows others to do the same
- Has an entrepreneurial nature and knows how and when to innovate to get great results
