Key responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity, Providing compassionate care and documenting activities accurately while collaborating with the healthcare team to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in New York State.

• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
