Certified Athletic Training coverage for summer camps is determined by camper volume and the number of venues in use. Clinics, Day Camps, and Overnight Camps are all in need of coverage. ATCs are qualified to prevent, examine, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate emergent, acute, or chronic injuries. Communicate medical information with coaches, parents/guardians, and campers. Handle and distribute prescription medication. Diagnose injuries, including head injuries- A camper diagnosed with a head injury must obtain full medical clearance from a physician before returning. During the duration of camp, the athletic trainer will assist in basic coverage, EAPs, water supply, incident report forms, special needs/accommodation reports.

Compensation Pay Range:
$45/hour
