ABOUT THE JOB
As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be the primary driver of revenue growth, transforming high-quality leads into delighted homeowners by mastering the art of consultative selling for our premium outdoor solutions. You will take full ownership of the sales pipeline, using your expertise to navigate complex negotiations and deliver tailored recommendations that highlight the long-term value of the PERGOLUX lifestyle. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Pipeline & Lead Management: Prioritize and manage a robust pipeline of high-quality leads, ensuring every potential customer receives a premium experience with no opportunities missed.
- Consultative Selling & Upselling: Engage customers with tailored recommendations and identify opportunities to bundle products, such as smart home integrations and accessories, to optimize the value of every sale.
- Strategic Feedback & Market Awareness: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights on lead quality and maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape to effectively position our brand.
- Objection Handling & Closing: Develop and deploy persuasive arguments to address complex concerns regarding pricing and installation, consistently striving to exceed a 30% conversion rate.
- Brand Representation: Attend and plan relevant exhibitions and events to showcase our products, while coordinating with operations to ensure a seamless post-sale installation journey.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- High-Ticket Sales Expertise: Proven success in a sales role managing luxury or high-ticket items, such as home improvement, real estate, or automotive.
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills: A natural ability to build rapport, handle objections with grace, and execute strategic upselling techniques to increase average order value.
- Goal-Oriented Mindset: A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious individual and team sales targets.
- Analytical & Organized Approach: An analytical mindset used to interpret sales data for performance improvement, paired with excellent time management to prioritize high-value leads.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal operations and customer service teams, ensuring a unified brand message.
