The Opportunity
Join the Office of the Registrar as an Operations Coordinator and play a critical role in supporting institutional compliance, data integrity, and student record management across a dynamic, multi-term academic environment. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a technical and operational expert, ensuring accurate reporting to key external agencies such as the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), and state regulatory bodies.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with academic departments, financial aid, and business analysts to optimize reporting processes, enhance system efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives. You will contribute directly to audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of registrar operations, while also helping shape academic partnerships through transfer evaluations and articulation agreements.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is up to $45,000. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3–5 years of related experience, preferably in higher education, academic records management, or information systems.
Strong analytical and technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems; experience with Campus Solutions or similar systems is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of academic policies, registrar functions, enrollment reporting, and compliance standards (e.g., FERPA, NSLDS, NSC); experience supporting audits is a plus.
Experience analyzing and reconciling data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
