Travel Experience Counselor II

Provides a variety of official and leisure travel services such as air, rail/ferry, bus, hotel, rental car, vacation packages, cruises, and any other requested official/leisure travel needs to military, government clients, and authorized personnel.  Prepares travel plans either in person, by phone, fax, and E-mail.  Prepares fare quotations for varied travel needs consistently and per the account specifics.  Utilizes knowledge of preferred vendors  programs while making travel arrangements for individual clients.  Prepares variety of travel documents for daily delivery.  Performs AMC GATES booking and government entitlement briefings as required by government contracts.  Resolves basic travel related problems.  Receives consistent supervisory direction and assistance.
