Job Description
What You Will Do:
• Engage with clients to understand their needs for payment services, offering tailored solutions that enhance their customers payment and collection experience.
• Manage the end-to-end commercial cards and merchant onboarding process, coordinating with various stakeholders to secure approvals.
• Respond to corporates and their cardholders / merchants inquiries and conduct investigations, ensuring seamless communication via email and phone.
• Provide regular updates to corporate and their cardholders / merchants, maintaining strong relationships and open lines of communication.
• Monitor and report on sales referrals and all onboarding progress, contributing to the team’s strategic goals.
• Execute administrative duties, verifying documents and system records for accuracy.
• Support the sales team in operational tasks to drive the department’s success.
• Participate in ad-hoc administrative projects, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to excellence.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
