About the Role: In this pivotal position, you will work closely with UX design to create advanced client-side applications powered by our leading-edge Micro Services Front End.
About the Team: Join the CK AI team, dedicated to maintaining expertise in nursing personas and workflows, ensuring continuity within the CK AI application core team.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in both Front End and Back End development using React and Node. Only candidates with this specific skill set will be considered.
- Hands-on experience with a Micro Focus Front End.
- Thorough understanding of the application lifecycle from inception to deployment.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies for software development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical professionals to foster innovation.
- Solid understanding of critical applications/products in the fields of Science, Medicine, Education.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated applications using React for front end and Node.js for back end.
- Ensure seamless integration between client-side and server-side components for responsive, scalable, and secure web applications.
- Create user interfaces and front-end modules within the Micro Focus framework, prioritizing accessibility, performance, and usability.
- Implement and refine UI components in alignment with enterprise design systems and technical standards.
- Lead projects through the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and system design to implementation and maintenance.
- Guarantee high-quality releases through continuous integration, code reviews, and automated testing.

Compensation: The U.S. National Base Pay Range for this position is $86,600 - $144,400, with geographic differentials considered. If this role is performed in New Jersey, the base pay range adjusts to $97,867 - $156,333. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
