The Residence club Scottsdale is looking for a talented Front Desk Agent, who will be the main point of contact for Residence Club owners and their guests, ensuring they are well taken care of from the time they arrive until they depart. Our front desk agents respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests while adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
What you will do
Job duties include but are not limited to
Welcoming and registering residence club owners and guests; check-in/check-out, issuing keys, collecting method of payments, and verbal introduction and tour of the property.
Answering, assisting, and completing with guest requests via phone or email conversation.
Successfully complete daily front desk checklist duties and foster a healthy team environment following a thorough pass on.
Ability to use on-property POS system to merge, cancel, and extend guest reservations based on guests' movements.
Assist Residence Club guests stay with all concierge requests including dining, local activities, car rentals, mailing and shipping etc.
Taking, submitting, communicating, and following up with all maintenance requests from both internal and external guests of Residence Club.
Upkeeping the messages between departments, redirect as needed.
Appropriate financial control including; in-house credit audits, managing cash banks, handling FS gift certificates, review negative postings, etc.
Report all guests' complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.
Flexibility to cover Guest services shifts based on business demands which includes:
Supporting guests' movements; golf cart rides to and from resort, luggage assistance, newspaper deliveries, grill set up and cleaning, etc.
Upkeeping and maintaining the clubhouse cleanliness and service amenities.
What you bring
Ability to work 8 hour shifts at a stand-up desk.
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
Positive attitude with strong adaptability.
Knowledge of or ability to use computer equipment or software related to hospitality and business administration is required.
Previous residential property experience is a plus.
Previous front desk or guest services experience utilizing Opera, HOTSOS, Microsoft applications, Birchstreet is a plus.
Ability to read and speak English in a clear manner.
An additional language skill is a plus.
Schedule & Hours:
Full time position; 5 x 8hr shifts with occasional overtime based on business demands.
30 minutes lunch break every 8hr shift.
Shift mainly starts at 6:30am and 2:30pm. No overnight.
Occasional mid-shifts starting 10am, 11am, or 12pm based on business demands.
A flexible schedule availability to work, early morning, afternoon, late nights, weekends and holidays.
