About the role
As Regional Account Manager – Spare Parts at Dyson, you’ll own some of our most critical partnerships for our Spares & Accessories (S&A) business. Your focus: building, managing, and accelerating strategic relationships with our key global & regional distribution partners. You’ll align internal cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class execution on spare parts listings, availability, merchandising, promotions, and commercial agreements—ensuring sales targets and high customer satisfaction are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership: Act as the global & regional lead for assigned key accounts—setting clear joint business plans, targets, and strategies for the spare parts category.
Sales Growth: Drive growth for spare parts in partnership with global distribution partners through powerful range management, sell-in, and sell-out initiatives.
Channel Excellence: Optimise SKU listings, in-stock position, and merchandising standards for each channel, ensuring relevancy and compliance with market needs.
Joint Business Planning: Co-create annual business plans with partners—including forecasting, promotions, activation calendars, and commercial terms.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the "glue" across functions - collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and regional account teams to ensure smooth execution and swift problem-solving.
Forecasting and Inventory: Work with forecasting and masterdata teams to anticipate demand changes and avoid supply issues, inventory risks, or missed sales.
Performance Tracking: Monitor commercial performance, inventory health, and key KPIs; deliver regular reviews and adapt plans to keep targets on track.
Innovation & Improvement: Bring new ideas to drive account growth—exploring digital activation, CRM/app engagement, or new merchandising levers.
About You
Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-market accounts—ideally in consumer durables, electronics, spare parts, or accessories.
Strong understanding of retail and/or distribution channels, joint business planning, and negotiation at a global or regional level.
Commercially-savvy, results-driven, and skilled at building relationships across cultures.
Great collaborator—brings people together, aligns teams, and communicates clearly.
Analytical mindset—confident with data-driven planning, reporting, and forecasting.
