Summer Legal Intern

With your time with us, you will:

• Exposure to diverse types of legal work in an in-house environment, including contracting, compliance, and risk management.
• Organize, maintain, and track contract status
• Conduct legal research on assigned topics
• Assist with Non-Disclosure Agreements and other similar documents to protect the confidentiality of the company’s proprietary data.
• Review trademark and copyright applications and enforcement of the company’s rights to its intellectual property.
• Learn and contribute to risk management functions, including insurance policies and ethics
• Cross department support including finance, HR, and acquisitions.
• Summarizing various legal documents, including contracts with customers , clients, and vendors.
• Review, organize, and summarize key legal terms of office leases
• Learn and support the use of AI tools and solutions serving the legal team and broader business units

• Must be a sophomore or junior or pursuing their Judicial Doctorate or related field
• Must be able to commit at least 32 hours a week in office 
• Able to articulate how they demonstrate time management and organization skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
