Job Description:

 

Responsibilities • Support the development of visually impactful content for the firm’s sales and marketing team by providing creative and technical assistance to internal clients • Design and refine new and existing PowerPoint collateral • Provide creative assistance for key firm presentations as needed, including webcasts and conference presentations • Design and edit various marketing and sales materials such as social media images, signage, and ads • Produce assets for various media through image research, retouching, image manipulation, and the use of appropriate templates • Collaborate with creative design manager, designers, and copywriters to provide creative input on ideation, creation, and revision stages • Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing and media partners, and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production • Assist with project workflow activities, such as creating PDFs for print and client review, reviewing and implementing changes, and archiving Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required, emphasis in Graphic Design or a related field preferred • Minimum of 2-3 year of agency or corporate design experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred • Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency with other programs such as Microsoft Office. • Familiarity with web protocols and understanding of web design in relation to mobile, responsive, cross-platform compatibility • Strong typographic and layout skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze requested changes or identify potential production issues, and implement accurate, efficient solutions while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to articulate complex issues with all levels at the firm. Strong project and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow to complete work on time • Good judgement, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm • Experience working with global or cross-border teams is preferred. Should also be open to occasional travel, if required.
