Job description

The Aspen Group (TAG) is one of the largest and most trusted retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S. and has supported over 16,000 healthcare professionals and team members at more than 1,500 health and wellness offices across 50 states in three distinct categories: Dental care, urgent care, and medical aesthetics. Working in partnership with independent practice owners and clinicians, the team is united by a single purpose: to prove that healthcare can be better and smarter for everyone. TAG provides a comprehensive suite of centralized business support services that power the impact of five consumer-facing businesses: Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, Chapter Aesthetic Studio, and AZPetVet. Each brand has access to a deep community of experts, tools and resources to grow their practices, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers are a national network of dental implant centers founded in 2005 to provide innovative dental implant care to patients across the United States. ClearChoice has experienced strong growth over the years and today is a leader in the United States in providing dental implant treatments. Driven by a collective desire to improve the lives of prospective patients, ClearChoice helps people reclaim their health, smile and confidence. Beyond restoring teeth, this is about people getting their lives back. ClearChoice Management Services, LLC (CCMS) provides administrative practice management services to the ClearChoice network.

We are seeking a Senior Digital Copywriter with strong conceptual instincts, strategic rigor and a clear point of view.

This role goes beyond execution. You’ll be expected to bring thought leadership to the work, connecting ideas across channels, shaping narratives across the full patient journey, and elevating both the thinking and the craft of the team.

You’ll generate ideas that feel modern, human and unmistakably ClearChoice, translating complex insights into compelling stories and experiences across web, CRM, paid social, digital video and emerging platforms. From big campaign ideas to the smallest moments of microcopy, you understand how every touchpoint contributes to a cohesive and motivating experience.

Reporting to the Copy Director, you will collaborate closely with designers, strategists and cross-functional partners to create work that is both emotionally resonant and strategically effective.

Why this role is exciting:

  • Play a key role in defining how ClearChoice shows up across the entire patient journey, from first impression through conversion and beyond
  • Join a small, agile team with the freedom to concept boldly and influence creative direction
  • Help shape a premium, modern digital presence that reflects the emotional weight and life-changing impact of our offering
  • Write at the intersection of creativity, technology and data, leveraging AI, Figma and performance insights
  • Challenge category conventions and bring fresh, unexpected thinking to a traditionally conservative space
  • Contribute to a culture that values critical thinking, strong opinions, and creative excellence
  • Work in a modern, creative environment in the heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market district

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development of concept-driven ideas and narratives across web, landing pages, CRM/email journeys, paid social, display and digital video
  • Connect the dots across touchpoints, ensuring messaging is cohesive, intentional and aligned throughout the patient journey
  • Bring a strategic, critical lens to every brief—asking smarter questions, identifying gaps and elevating the work beyond the ask
  • Develop distinct copy territories and messaging frameworks, not just executions
  • Translate complex healthcare information into clear, human, motivating storytelling
  • Partner closely with design, UX and strategy to create integrated, idea-first work
  • Contribute to and help evolve brand voice, messaging systems and narrative consistency
  • Use Figma as a working tool for collaboration, iteration and storytelling within design flows
  • Leverage AI tools thoughtfully into your workflow to enhance ideation, exploration and efficiency
  • Present work with clarity and confidence, articulating both creative rationale and strategic thinking
  • Mentor and elevate other writers by setting a high bar for thinking, craft and attention to detail

What you bring:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in digital copywriting or creative roles (agency or in-house), ideally in consumer, retail or healthcare categories
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, campaign-level ideas and full-funnel storytelling across digital channels
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into compelling, human creative ideas
  • Experience working across multiple touchpoints (web, CRM, social, video) with an understanding of how they work together
  • Strong writing craft, with a sharp eye for clarity, tone and detail
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, collaborative environments with evolving priorities
  • Proficiency in Figma (or strong willingness to work within it)
  • Experience using AI tools as part of the creative process
  • Confidence presenting work and engaging in constructive creative dialogue

Traits for success:

  • A conceptual thinker who leads with ideas, not just execution
  • A systems thinker who understands how messaging connects across the full patient experience
  • Curious, proactive and energized by solving complex creative challenges
  • Comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to critically analyze briefs, identify gaps and pose questions to stakeholders
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability and creative pride
  • Collaborative, resilient and motivated to raise the level of the work

Annual Pay Range: $88,000 ~ $100,000

A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
