Apprentice – Finance

Key responsibilities

Billing Management

• Generate the pre bill and drafts
• Time Amendments
• Rates updates
• Finalization of the bills if in scope
• Time Write offs
• Invoice Reversals
• Comply with TAT and Accuracy as per SLA / operations metrics

Collection Management

• Updating Dispatch dates
• Managing Client Contacts
• Follow up with Clients for payment
• Handling Client queries.
• Initiating the improvements for reducing Lock ups
• Maintaining the debtor summary and scope
   

Your experience

Professional Expertise:

• Commerce graduates (B. Com / BBA)
• Fresher – No prior work experience in any Firm/Company
• Flexibility to work in 24*7 environments
• Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills
