Job description

  • Answer incoming calls for room service orders in a polite and professional manner
  • Accurately record guest orders and special requests
  • Suggest and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
  • Ensure all orders are entered correctly into the POS system
  • Follow up with guests to confirm satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Handle guest complaints or escalate to the supervisor when necessary

Diploma or Degree equivalent (Hotel Management preferred)
