Job Description
To implement the organization's sales program and lead the sales teams to ensure the achievement of budgeted business and gross profit across the region for specific human health products.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES
Manage assigned team (recruit, train, guide, motivate, appraise, enhancing their performance), coaching and monitoring team to deliver business objective and support team in career development.
Team performance management through right target setting, SFE KPIs monitoring
Manage the assigned territories to ensure appropriate Accounts/HCPs targeting & segmenetation, customers coverage and SLs engagement
Support MRs, Account Managers in tender process to set the stage for listing of company products
On continuous and long term basis, achieve business objectives such as budgets, customer acquisition, customer retention, customer awareness about product/company.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of company activities & campaigns.
Help enhance product information, product reputation & company reputation in the minds of customers.
Develop business plans & forecasts for the assigned territories and for new business opportunities.
Develop and recommend business activities for the area.
Advice management on campaigns & activities related to products.
Model values and leadership principles.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Desired Experience/Education:
University graduate in Medicine or Pharmacy.
At least 3 years of previous experience as a sales representative in pharmaceutical company with a track records of high performance (quantitative and qualitative) OR minimum 1 year experience as a manager of sales team pharmaceutical industry with a track records of high performance (quantitative and qualitative)
Demonstrated mentoring and coaching experience / leadership potential.
Sales or management qualification (or short term courses) preferred.
Professional Competencies Required:
Highly effective sales, relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem solving, commercial acumen & analytical sense and decision making abilities.
Proactive and drive for results.
Positive "can do" attitude.
Teamwork spirit.
Highly ethical.
MS Excel is a must.
Effective English language skills are preferred.
