The Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated procurement professional to join our Global Procurement's Talent Procurement team, focusing on the Total Rewards portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with the Americas' Total Rewards Lead for Health and Insurance and Rewards and Benefits categories. Your key responsibilities will include developing procurement strategies, driving transformative initiatives, executing sourcing projects, and engaging stakeholders in selected local, regional, and global programs. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic projects, implementing sourcing programs across Total Rewards categories to deliver measurable value and enhance employee experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to EY stakeholders, ensuring alignment of procurement projects with business needs.
  • Deliver end-to-end sourcing projects and manage commercial relationships with Total Rewards suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage project progress reports, ensuring timely updates on savings and achievements.
  • Leverage digital tools and AI solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making within sourcing processes.
  • Contribute expertise and best practices to regional and global procurement strategies.
  • Lead complex Request for Information/Proposals (RFI/P) processes, conducting strong contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Interact with a global team of procurement specialists and business stakeholders to support the implementation of strategies and programs.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management, Legal, and sector leaders to ensure compliance and effective project execution.
  • Manage key suppliers through a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program and foster partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Work with other procurement leads to deliver projects in regions needing support.
  • Adhere to EY procurement policies and procedures while managing supplier relationships responsibly.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on procurement projects.
  • Provide insights and education on procurement processes to local staff and stakeholders as necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and supplier landscapes in Total Rewards categories.
  • Execute high-quality sourcing projects as per procurement policy and timelines.
  • Minimize contractual risks and align supplier relationships with EY's procurement policies.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • 5+ years of procurement or related experience; familiarity with Human Resources and Total Rewards is a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing procurement strategies in Total Rewards categories.
  • Experience in a global organization and comfortable collaborating across cultures.
  • Strong business acumen to identify opportunities and create effective sourcing strategies.
