ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Contamination Task Force Leader in executing contamination‑control strategies and improvement initiatives.
- Investigate contamination‑related failures and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve contamination issues and improve processes.
- Analyze quality trends, contamination‑related defects, and risk areas using statistical/analytical tools.
- Support AI‑driven productivity and digitalization efforts to enhance contamination detection and quality responsiveness.
- Assist in contamination‑related requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) and reliability metrics.
- Support overall product quality and reliability
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IE, Mechanical, Electrical, Material, or related field)
- 3-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Failure Analysis, Process Engineering, or other related technical roles in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, contamination control, failure analysis, and root‑cause methodologies (e.g., 8D).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with urgency and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with AI‑driven analytics, data‑modeling tools, or predictive quality systems.
- Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) programs, or high-volume manufacturing.
SKILLS:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Basic leadership capability
- Experience in SPC/Statistical tools
- Knowledge of FMEA, Control plan, Process/product audit.
