Warehouse Operations Analyst / Coordinator

We’re hiring a hands-on operations analyst to support our warehouse and fulfillment operations across both our DTC brand (Veiled) and our 3PL.

This role sits between the warehouse floor and management — you’ll be working in systems (Excel, software) and also helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:30 AM

Location: Elmwood Park, NJ (must be able to commute reliably)

Type: Full-time

What you’ll do

• Work in Excel and warehouse systems to track orders, inventory, and performance
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments, order status, and inventory issues
• Help prioritize daily work with warehouse leadership
• Identify problems (errors, delays, gaps) and help fix them quickly
• Support receiving, counting, pick/pack, returns, and pickups as needed
• Keep systems accurate and up to date
• Help enforce basic processes and keep operations running cleanly

What we’re looking for

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, sorting/filtering are a must)
• Comfortable learning new software quickly
• Reliable and consistently on time (this role starts at 7:30 AM)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willing to be hands-on in a warehouse environment (not just a desk role)
• Clear communicator with good judgment

Nice to have

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, ShipStation, WMS/OMS systems, EDI, etc.
• Some experience leading tasks or coordinating small workflows

• Clean, accurate data and reporting
• Issues get caught early and solved quickly
• Warehouse runs more smoothly day-to-day
• You become a key support to management and a bridge between systems and operations

Note: This role supports both Veiled and an affiliated 3PL, so responsibilities may flex based on business needs.
