Role Description

The Coffee Shop Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for customers and dogs. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, scheduling staff, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring the shop operates efficiently. The Manager will also contribute to creating a memorable customer experience and maintaining the brand’s community-focused values.Whether you're crafting espresso drinks behind the bar, ringing up orders with a smile, or helping customers find the perfect pup accessory, you'll be part of a tight-knit crew that's passionate about dogs, coffee, and community.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to lead staff effectively and maintain clear interactions with customers
• Expertise in Store Management and Operations Management to ensure smooth daily running of the business
• Experience in Customer Service and a focus on enhancing Customer Experience
• Ability to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment working alongside employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Previous coffee shop or hospitality management experience is appreciated
• A genuine passion for both coffee and caring for pets
