Job Description:

• Manages the daily operations of the security department.

• Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations.

• Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs.

• Monitors and follows up on complaints and investigations.

• Assigns responsibilities and tasks to support department function.

• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and policies/procedures.

• Prepares to exhibit oversight of emergency management plans.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to speak, read and write in the English language [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
• Ability to communicate and present effectively in both written and oral forms internally and externally [Required]
• Ability to motivate co-workers to function effectively as a team in a challenging environment [Required]
• Ability to assess risk and follow a proactive approach [Required]
• Ability to perform work accurately with attention to detail within specified time frames [Required]
• Ability to work cooperatively with health system staff [Required]
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to change in workload and work schedule [Required]

• Associate [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Pay Range:

$68,217.53 - $126,889.48
