You will be responsible for two key outcomes

• Editing full length podcast episodes to a high professional standard
• Identifying and creating high impact short form clips designed to go viral

• *Key Responsibilities**
• *Full Episode Editing**
• Edit full podcast episodes for YouTube, Spotify and audio platforms
• Clean audio, remove filler, improve pacing and flow
• Add intro, outro, music, and branding where required
• Enhance clarity and energy of the conversation
• Deliver polished, ready to publish episodes
• *Short Form Content Creation**
• Watch full episodes and identify viral moments
• Cut engaging short clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Add captions, hooks, and visual elements to increase retention
• Highlight controversial, emotional, or high value moments
• Turn long form content into multiple high performing clips

• Proven experience editing podcasts and short form content
• Strong understanding of viral content and social media trends
• Ability to identify hooks, emotional triggers, and shareable moments
• High attention to detail and fast turnaround times
• Creative mindset with the ability to make content engaging and dynamic

• 1 fully edited podcast episode per recording
• Multiple short form clips per episode (quantity to be discussed)
