Job Summary:

We are looking for students to join our Maintenance staff for the summer. These positions will mainly be working with our Maintenance staff in the Residence halls this summer as part of our Residential refresh program. These positions will offer summer housing if interested. The pay is $12.25/hr if summer housing is not selected. If summer housing is selected, the pay will be $11.50/hr.

Work hours will be 7am to 3pm Monday - Friday with the ability to work up to 40 hours a week all summer.

We will be looking for students who are willing to work with our HVAC department, helping clean and test our HVAC equipment in the residence halls. This work entails learning how to take apart the HVAC equipment, learning the proper way to clean it and some basic maintenance on this equipment. This work will also entail set up and cleaning up after yourself after working in each room.

We will also be looking for students who are willing to work with our painting team, helping paint hallways and bathrooms and other things in the residence halls. This work will also entail learning how to properly prep and area for painting, as well as how to clean up after the work is completed.

We are also looking for a student to be part of our Facilities Residential Refresh team. This position will go in and out of residence rooms all summer performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing mirrors, carpet, testing locks and other miscellaneous items. This work will also entail learning how to help prep an area for repair, as well as how to clean up after work is completed.
