Job Description:

• Promote a safe work environment and protect the public to ensure the health and safety of all UPS employees and customers​
• Assist in ensuring regulatory and UPS policy compliance to prevent injuries and accidents and reduce workers compensation and liability costs​
• Assist in maintaining positive contacts with professional, regulatory, and community organizations to provide a safe work environment and strengthen UPS's standing in communities that are served​
• Conduct district safety training and certifications to ensure compliance and consistency, conducts health and safety audits and inspections (e.g., employee observations, hearing and fall protection, seatbelt, etc.) to identify areas of non-compliance​
• Participate in meetings with organizational and regulatory representatives to foster positive working relations

Requirements & Qualifications:

• BS degree courses in Health, Safety, Crisis Management or with relevant experience in Public Health, Crisis/Disaster Management, Industrial Relations.​
• More than 4 year of relevant work experience and business knowledge, in which 1 years in management level.​
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in reporting.​
• English proficiency requirements: good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.​
• Willing to take responsibility of operation supervision & fluent efficient daily operation.
