Title: Sr Salesforce (Service Cloud) Developer

Location: Frisco, TX (2-3 days onsite/week - Hybrid model)

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Sr Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs) and Lightning Web Components
  • Build and optimize automated business processes using Flow Builder
  • Configure and customize Experience Cloud sites using Site Builder, including public and authenticated portals
  • Support and extend Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations (cases, entitlements, omni-channel, CPQ as applicable)
  • Manage release pipelines and deployments using Copado, including pipeline configuration, user stories, and quality gates
  • Collaborate with admins and architects on data modeling, security, and integration design
  • Write unit tests meeting Salesforce coverage requirements and participate in code reviews
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design decisions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing implementations for performance

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of overall software development experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Expert-level proficiency in Apex — triggers, classes, async patterns (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled)
  • Deep experience with Flow Builder (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled flows)
  • Proven track record building and managing Experience Cloud sites with Site Builder
  • Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization
  • Experience using Copado for CI/CD and release management
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Experience with SOQL/SOSL and governor limit awareness
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Experience with LWC and Aura components
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Named Credentials, alongside Conductors.
  • Background in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Exposure to Copado Robotic Testing or Copado Functions
  • Experience within Agent force, integrating with LLM model case management.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $118,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
