Job Summary


The Sales Support & Services Civil will provide essential administrative and operational support to the civil aviation sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes, efficient customer service, and timely delivery of services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts for civil aviation clients.
  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate sales data and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to facilitate the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support regarding product information, order status, and after-sales service.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and contributing to sales strategy development.
  • Liaise with technical support teams to resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain sales documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing activities, including trade shows and customer events.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to ensure efficient product delivery.


Job Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of civil aviation products, services, and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
