Job description

Job Description

We are looking for two individuals to join us as Veeva Platform Vault Integration Leads, one to partner with our research laboratories and manufacturing divisions and the other with our Human Health and Animal Health divisions to work with their teams to implement standardized, reusable integration and data patterns, eliminating bespoke interfaces and enabling enterprise connectivity.

These roles are mandated to support enterprise-first integration patterns rather than implementing divisional point solutions.

Both positions are open in our technology centers in Prague (preferred) and Hyderabad and will be reporting to the Veeva Platform Center of Efficiency Lead.

We enable end-to-end enterprise workflows by governing integrations, APIs, and data products across Veeva Vault families – with a strong focus on standardization and reuse (reduce bespoke interfaces, lower risk, improve reliability, and reduce TCO).

Key responsibilities

  • Co-own the integration strategy for the assigned business division under the leadership of the Center of Efficiency Lead

  • Define and implement reusable integration + API patterns (enterprise-first, not point solutions)

  • Partner with divisional SMEs/Product Owners on architecture simplification and retirement of redundant/bespoke interfaces

  • Manage/align data products that support cross-divisional workflows

  • Promote best practices, reuse, and consistency across the platform

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience overall in IT/engineering, including 3+ years' hands-on integration or solution architecture (APIs, integration patterns, data flows)

  • Demonstrated ability to define standard patterns and drive adoption across multiple teams (platform mindset, not “one-off” delivery)

  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms with enterprise systems (identity, data, downstream consumers), including API governance and reliability considerations

  • Ability to work directly with business divisions to understand business needs and translate them into technical integration requirements and fast implementation approaches

  • Strong stakeholder management in a complex, fast-paced matrix environment; pragmatic, execution-oriented

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Growth mindset, flexibility, high ownership, comfortable navigating ambiguity

Preferred

  • Prior experience with Veeva Vault integrations (beneficial), and/or adjacent regulated platforms (quality/regulatory/clinical/safety)

  • Pharma / life sciences background and familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., GxP concepts)

  • Experience with platform integration capabilities beyond Veeva (general platform experience strongly valued)

  • Practical knowledge of integration tooling patterns (iPaaS, API gateways, message/event patterns), and data-product thinking

  • Master’s degree or equivalent depth in integration architecture / enterprise systems

Our Offer

  • Exciting work in a great team, global projects, international environment

  • Opportunity to learn and grow professionally within the company globally

  • Hybrid working model, flexible role pattern

  • Internal reward system plus referral program

  • Up-to-date laptop and iPhone

  • Competitive salary, incentive pay, and many more
