Job description

The Sales and Service Manager of Munters Vietnam is responsible for leading the sales and service activities of Munters’ AirTech business in Vietnam, with a focus on Northern Vietnam (Hanoi). This role ensures that business activities align with organisational objectives, comply with local regulations, and uphold Munters’ reputation.

This position also serves as the legal representative of Munters Vietnam, overseeing the operations of the local legal entity, leading and developing the team, and driving market expansion within the AirTech sector.

Your Opportunity:

  • Lead Munters Vietnam’s overall business performance, with full responsibility for P&L, governance, and compliance as the legal representative

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the AirTech business, strengthen customer relationships, and expand Munters’ presence in Northern Vietnam (Hanoi) and beyond

  • Drive revenue growth and margin optimisation across both new unit and service sales, ensuring sustainable and efficient business operations

  • Build strong, long-term customer partnerships and deliver high levels of Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), reinforcing Munters as a trusted partner

  • Represent Munters Vietnam internally and externally, working closely with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution

  • Lead, develop, and coach the sales, service, and support teams to build capabilities, enhance performance, and ensure a strong succession pipeline

  • Monitor business performance, provide insights to senior leadership, and drive accountability through effective reporting and analysis

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in sales, service, and customer engagement, including the adoption of tools, technologies, and training initiatives

Your Experience:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is an advantage)

  • 10–15 years of experience in sales and service within industrial/HVAC/climate solutions

  • Proven leadership experience with full P&L responsibility

  • Strong track record in driving business growth, revenue, and margins

  • Good understanding of the Vietnam market, especially Northern Vietnam (Hanoi)

  • Experience in both equipment sales and service business

  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • High integrity with strong focus on compliance and governance

  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese
