The luxury our Guests experience and the memories you make as a Fairmont Gold Server will create a sense of loyalty that will ensure their return.

This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in March 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $22.70 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $26.55.

Job Duties Include:

• Facilitate check-ins and check-outs for all VIP and Fairmont Gold guests
• Review all Fairmont Gold Reservations to ensure requests are met and guests' needs are anticipated
• Provide Food & Beverage service in the Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards
• Develop and maintain strong Guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Provide exceptional information to our Guests about local and area attractions
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards

• Previous customer related and serving experience preferred
• BC Serving It Right Qualification required
• Must possess a professional presentation
